HOW TO GET THERE

Mactan International Airport is located on Mactan Island just 25 minuts from Cebu City. The airport is gradually serving an increasing number of airlines. The airport is centrally located and gives you the quickest approach to reach one of our destinations. At present Singapore Airlines, Cathay Pacific, Qatar Airlines all fly directly to Cebu. Many airlines fly to Manila, KLM even offers a direct flight from Amsterdam; other airlines are Lufthansa, Emirates from Frankfurt and Dusseldorf. From Manila, there are several daily flights to Cebu. If you’re planning to visit Oasis Resort at Alona Beach in Bohol you can also fly to Tagbilaran City from Manila’s domestic airport. Cebu Pacific, Zest Air and Philippine Airlines all operate domestic flights to Tagbilaran City and Cebu from Manila.

Oasis Resort can arrange transfers from Cebu Airport and Tagbilaran Airport. Just inform us by booking if you want us to arrange all the transfers + ferry tickets.

If your flying to Mactan International Airport at Cebu City:
Upon arrival the first step is getting a taxi at the airport. We advise to take the metered taxis because they are cheaper than the private taxis waiting just outside of the arrival gate. Metered taxis are available at the departure area. To get there, cross the road just in front of the arrival gate and walk up the ramp to the departure area. Look for the taxi stand there or just stop a white taxi if you see one. Make sure the driver turns on the meter as you drive away.

To reach Alona Beach from Cebu you have to Island hop, from Cebu Island to the island of Bohol: There are a number of fast-ferry boat operators running daily schedules to and from Cebu. The trip takes about 2 hours. After docking at Tagbilaran city a 30 minute car drive will get you to the white sands of the beach. Want to go local style? Bargain with the drivers for a cheap but authentic tricycle ride.

TIP: Please be careful coosing your arrival and departure dates. During Christmas Day, January 1 and Good Friday there are no or limited ferry's running.
